Nestled in the heart of Dallas’ West Village, Baboush transports guests into an exotic world of Mediterranean street food and Moroccan flair. Inspired by the famed Marrakesh marketplace for which it is named, Baboush blends the vibrancy of Lebanese and Moroccan cuisine with modern hospitality.

The restaurant features family-sourced recipes served as inventive small plates, layered with authentic spices and refined European techniques. Guests can enjoy signature dishes such as Pastrami Hummus, Lamb Tagine, and fresh Mezze, while sipping on handcrafted cocktails like the Moroccan Old Fashioned.

Stingray Construction Group delivered Baboush as a transportive destination — a restaurant that feels like stepping into a vibrant bazaar.

• Architectural Details: Hand-crafted Moroccan lanterns, mosaic tilework, and jewel-toned fabrics recreate the warmth of Marrakesh.

• Custom Interiors: Intricately patterned banquettes, brass tabletops, and hanging drapery create an immersive environment layered in texture.

• Outdoor Patio: A welcoming al fresco dining space lined with greenery and perfect for the Dallas climate.

• Lighting: Warm, ambient fixtures designed to enhance mood and bring the Moroccan aesthetic into focus.
