Designed as a fast-casual concept with polished finishes, the space captures the bold spirit of Denver’s dining scene. From juicy, grilled burgers and Nashville hot chicken sandwiches to crispy golden fries and thick, hand-spun shakes, Cleaver & Co. perfects the craft of indulgent comfort food.

Design & Build Highlights

• Signature Kitchen Line: Open kitchen designed for efficiency and high-volume service with visibility into the grilling and prep areas.

• Material Palette: White subway tile, warm wood finishes, and bold branding integrated across signage and interiors.

• Operational Infrastructure: Hood and ventilation strategy engineered for constant grilling volume, with optimized fry stations and beverage support.

• Full interior buildout including kitchen, counter, and service areas.
