Currently under construction, Zonzon is set to become one of Dallas’ most captivating dining experiences. Inspired by Mediterranean hospitality and modern design, the concept blends warm textures, custom millwork, and atmospheric lighting with bold details that create both intimacy and vibrancy. From its striking booth seating to a custom bar centerpiece, Zonzon is designed to be as memorable visually as it is culinarily.

Scope of Work

Stingray Constructions is leading the full build-out, managing every phase from preconstruction through delivery. The project required careful integration of restaurant-grade infrastructure with specialty finishes and fixtures.

• Preconstruction – Budgeting, value engineering, and coordination with designers and ownership to preserve design intent.
• Interior Build-Out – Custom seating alcoves, feature walls, patterned tile floors, and Moroccan-inspired lighting.
• Bar & Kitchen Systems – Fully equipped bar with integrated lighting design, back-of-house kitchen infrastructure, and mechanical systems for efficiency.
• Details & Finishes – Specialty lantern lighting, archway features, greenery integration, and high-end millwork to achieve a warm and modern Mediterranean atmosphere.
