Souk Mediterranean Bistro & Bar is a dynamic dining destination located in Dallas’s Trinity Groves. The restaurant fuses Mediterranean and Moroccan flavors into a lively dining experience that blends tradition with modern hospitality. Built and designed by Stingray Construction Group, the project showcases an immersive environment inspired by the vibrant marketplaces of Marrakech — complete with tiled ovens, spice displays, lounge drapery, and festive patios.

Concept: Full-service Mediterranean restaurant and bar with authentic Moroccan inspiration
Features: Central illuminated bar, tiled wood-fired oven, spice jar displays, indoor-outdoor dining, and draped lounge seating
Stingray Construction Group delivered Souk as a unique cultural dining experience, integrating authentic design elements with modern building systems.
Bar & Beverage: A glowing blue-lit bar anchors the interior, designed for high-volume service while remaining visually striking.
Kitchen & Culinary Systems: Open kitchen featuring a Renato wood-fired oven framed with Moroccan tilework, supporting pizza, flatbread, and Mediterranean bread service.
Atmosphere & Decor: Moroccan-inspired accents including poufs, draped fabrics, lantern lighting, and spice displays create an immersive guest experience.
Outdoor Patio: Designed for both daytime and evening service, the patio features string lighting, vibrant seating, and capacity for large groups.
Guests at Souk enjoy a seamless transition from intimate indoor dining to vibrant outdoor patios. Inside, diners are immersed in a colorful atmosphere with Moroccan textures, patterns, and lighting. The open kitchen and bar bring energy into the space, while the patio transforms into a festive hub under the glow of string lights — perfect for Dallas evenings.
