Project Overview

Junction Food & Drink Hall is a 12,000-square-foot culinary collective located in Denver, Colorado, housing over a dozen chef-driven food concepts under one roof. Stingray Construction Group led the full buildout, transforming an empty shell into a vibrant gathering hub that merges fast-casual convenience with an elevated hospitality experience.

Our team coordinated with multiple chefs, operators, and brand partners to create distinctive vendor stalls, a centralized bar, and flexible communal seating. The design blends modern finishes with industrial touches, using strategic lighting, durable surfaces, and acoustics engineered to balance energy with comfort.

Scope of Work

Preconstruction services including budgeting, scheduling, and test fits for 12+ vendor concepts
Full MEP buildout with capacity for diverse kitchen systems (Type I/II hoods, grease interceptors, beverage & draft systems)
Custom millwork and finishes for vendor stalls, bar, and guest seating zones
Specialty lighting design to create both daytime vibrancy and evening ambiance
Coordinated permitting, inspections, and delivery under a compressed timeline
